The room was moderately clean and well-located. We enjoyed the beautiful terrace with its colorful flowers that gave a pleasant environment to the hotel. the staff at check-in was friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, they gave us advice on where to eat and what to see in the city.
Our room was very small and lacked basic hotel amenities such as tissue and a trash bin. The bathroom was also very cramped, and we could not use the toilet without hitting the walls.

This hotel was perfect! I loved how close it was to everything - the city center, piers, and just a stone's throw away from the train station. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were great. parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food, and the staff were good and helpful.
Nothing to dislike.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of the city. Its location is perfect, right in the bustling city center, yet tucked away on a fairly quiet street. The staff here are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service and making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. One detail that caught my attention is the attention to detail, with little touches like hand-crafted decor and penguin figures in the breakfast room, adding a unique charm to the overall experience.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were perfect.

What a great way to start the year! We stayed in the heart of the city and everything was within walking distance. the train station was just a few steps away and we rented bikes for a day, which was so much fun! the hosts were very friendly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. the room was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring.
The room was a bit small and didn't have much natural light, but we didn't spend much time in there anyway. the bathroom was also a bit dated, but it was clean and functional.

The couple who run the hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They had great local knowledge and recommended some excellent nearby restaurants. the hotel was very clean and had excellent housekeeping. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the train, buses, and ferry.
The check-in process was a disaster. When I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm, I was dismayed to find a sign stating that check-in was only possible until 8 pm and there was no staff available.
